We have multiple opening for Telecallers/Telesales/ Telemarketing/Inside Sales for Mumbai, Bangalore, Delhi and Chennai

Locations -

Mumbai - Andheri, Thane, Malad, Charni Road, Powai, Jogeshwari, Nariman Point (12 Openings)

Bangalore - Indira Nagar (4 Openings)

Chennai - West Mambalam (3 Openings)

Delhi - West Patel Nagar (6 Openings)

Salary - 1.2 LPA to 3.6 LPA

Experience - Fresher to 5+ years

Telecaller - Job Responsibility:

  • To make telephonic calls and schedule appointments on lead data generated from various sources with an aim to increase the sales of the Company and positively contribute to achieve sales targets.
  • Advise present or prospective customers bycallingregistered customers
  • Retention percentage should be monitored on regular basis.
  • Maximum number of appointments should be given to the sales executives.
  • Outbound calling on data collected through lead generation activities/ secondary data sources
  • Scheduling appointments for sales out of these calls.
  • Pass customer feedback to company representatives through well defined processes
  • Update the CRM
  • Being updated on new products and services.

Skill Required:

  • Applicant must enjoy working in a fast-paced environment and be able to thrive under pressure.
  • Have distinctive written & verbal communication skills
  • Possess excellent team building and people management abilities
  • Should possess sound knowledge about the local market and local language.
  • Possess strong communication skills.

Telesales Executive

  • Job Summary:
    • Facilitate Sales to Corporate Companies/Clients for Business.

  • Salary: Hike on Current CTC
  • Responsibilities and Duties:
    • Prospect, generate and identify appropriate leads/potential customers
    • Reach prospects through Cold Calling, Social Media Platforms, and Emails
    • Make Sales Calls and promote products to target customers
    • Capture customer requirements perfectly and present the correct solution
    • Ensure regular follow-ups with existing customers and open avenues for cross-selling and up-selling
